£29,086.00 - £32,324.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
Location: This post is based at Larkfield’s office in Greenock.
Hour of Work: 35 per week, Monday to Friday.

Larkfield Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord based in Greenock, Inverclyde. Larkfield Housing Association owns and manages 394 tenanted properties and provides management services to an additional 566 owners in the Larkfield area. Larkfield HA joined the Link group in 2007 and through its partnership arrangements. with Link, Larkfield HA also provides management services on Link’s behalf to tenants and owners across Inverclyde.  

We work in partnership with Link to improve the services we provide to our customers, whilst expanding our community and housing support activity in the Inverclyde area.

The Role

Larkfield is looking for an enthusiastic Housing Services Assistant to provide advice and assistance to tenants and other customers on all aspects of housing management and maintenance and maintain the Association’s rent accounting and maintenance administrative systems.  

The Housing Services Assistant will deal with queries and support processes relating to repairs and maintenance, allocations, rental income, void management and lettings.

You will have the ability to work unsupervised and have sound knowledge and awareness of relevant Housing Management Functions and commitment to good customer care, tenant participation and equal opportunities.  

Working in a fast-paced environment, you should have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build positive internal and external relationships with customers and colleagues.  

Good organisation skills are key for this role as well as proficient IT skills such as a working knowledge of Word, Excel and databases.
