FULL TIME HOUSING SERVICES MANAGER 

£46,728 to £50,556

Lochaber Housing Association is a registered charitable housing association. Our aim is to help sustain and develop thriving communities through the provision of good quality, affordable housing opportunities and services across Lochaber.

We have 770 properties across Lochaber and manage a further 85 properties in Fort William for Link Housing Association.

We require an experienced housing professional to lead in the development of housing strategy and performance. You will need to have experience in staff management, performance management, policy development, digital services as well as a sound understanding of the current welfare system.

This is a permanent position of 35 hours per week. We offer an excellent benefits package including 40 days’ holiday (including public holidays), company sick pay, a defined contributions pension scheme and ongoing continuous professional development opportunities.
