The Opportunity:
We’re recruiting for:
• Neighbourhood Officer
◦ Work as part of the Neighbourhood Team to provide exceptional customer service and experience.
◦ Manage, investigate and resolve housing management cases such as anti-social behaviour, hoarding and neighbour complaints.
◦ Provide housing advice and assist with the housing application process where required.
• Safer Community Officer
◦ Attend customer engagement events to understand customer needs and expectations and provide advice and guidance.
◦ Work collaboratively with Neighbourhood Officers to investigate, manage and resolve ASB cases.
◦ Take ownership for the overall management of serious, sensitive and unresolved neighbour disputes.

About You:
We’re looking for people who:
• Have the ability to work with challenging behaviour
• Have the ability to confidently engage with a wide range of customers
• Have a HNC level qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent Housing Qualification, or equivalent experience
