Thenue Housing Association has approximately 75 staff and provides high quality housing with a stock base of approximately 3,000 properties in our six main communities as well as 21 supported accommodation projects, mainly located in Glasgow. We also provide a factoring service to over 800 owners within our communities.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to become our Senior Repairs Officer. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent Repairs and Voids Service.

You will be responsible to the Repairs Manager. The post has responsibility for line managing the Repairs Team. You will have significant experience, skills and knowledge in void and reactive repairs services, customer service delivery, performance management and monitoring, staff management and motivation, systems and process review. You will have a proven track record of performance improvement and have experience and knowledge of all the key functions of the post. A technical qualification is essential and a relevant professional qualification is desirable.
