Craigdale Housing Association are Registered Social Landlords based in Castlemilk, Glasgow with a total of 407 properties, 3 sharing owners and 16 owners.

We wish to invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to carry out our tenants satisfaction survey.

Previous experience of conducting a Satisfaction Survey for a social housing provider using a range of methods would be essential as is the ability to capture and analyse data using appropriate systems.
