Cathcart & District Housing Association has submitted a planning application to build a single block of 12 flats in Craig Road, Glasgow.

Thenue Housing has been granted planning permission to develop a current gap site between two 100-year-old category ‘C’ listed sandstone tenements in Bridgeton. A five-storey building with 10 one-bedroom flats for elderly tenants will be built at 44 Dalmarnock Road.

Wheatley Group has submitted plans to build 35 homes for mid-market rent on Shawbridge Street in Pollockshaws. If approved by Glasgow City Council, the homes would be built on the site of a former pub which has since been demolished and the existing disused Polloshaws Police Station.

Prospect Community Housing has partnered with developer J Smart & Co. to deliver 69 much-needed affordable homes in the south-west of Edinburgh.
