Refined proposals to deliver new family homes in a Fife village are set to be determined by councillors tomorrow.

Kirkwood Homes has teamed up with Balcarres Estate to submit plans to Fife Council for a residential development which could see 50 new family homes delivered in Colinsburgh, Fife.
