Dickie & Moore Homes

Plans submitted by Dickie & Moore Homes to knock down a riding school in Newton Mearns to build 17 flats have been rejected. The plans received 40 objections which claimed the scheme would be out of character with the surrounding area.

South Lanarkshire Council has given the green light to build 11 apartments on the site of a former church on Maxwell Road, East Kilbride. Maxwell Court has been designed by LMA Architects on behalf of Dickie & Moore Homes within The Village conservation area and takes the form of a single block
