The City of Edinburgh Council is to take legal action over the Scottish Government’s decision to approve a masterplan extension at Edinburgh Marina.

The developer behind the £500 million regeneration of Edinburgh Marina has secured detailed consent for 100 new apartments following a successful planning appeal.

Plans to create over 1,850 waterfront homes in the north of Edinburgh are set to go ahead as early this autumn following a planning appeal.
