Derelict land on Duns road in Coldstream is earmarked to bring much needed affordable new homes to the local area.   Eildon Housing is withdrawing a previous planning application following its ongoing discussions with the local community and Scottish Borders Council.

Eildon Housing’s extra care services at Dovecot Court, Peebles and Wilkie Gardens, Galashiels had an unannounced visit from the Care Inspectorate in January 2025 and received high praise for the quality of their regulated care and support.

Eildon Housing Association has [aid tribute to its former board member James (Jimmy) Walker who has passed away. Jimmy served on the board of Eildon Housing Association between 1998-2005 and again from 2006-2010.

Eildon Housing has appointed Ross Kilshaw and Hannah MacLeod as new board members to its governing body. Ross Kilshaw is managing partner of Cullen Kilshaw LLP, a firm of solicitors/estate agents which spans across the Scottish Borders. Ross’s specialism is in residential property.
