The University of Glasgow has strengthened its link-up with three of Glasgow’s housing associations as it prepares to bring a new campus to Govan.

Elderpark Housing and Linthouse Housing Association held a hugely successful Burns Supper which brought the community together to celebrate the Bard. It was the eighth year the supper was laid on for tenants and the first time Linthouse and Elderpark organised it jointly.

Two long-serving members of staff at Elderpark Housing are celebrating their 40 years of service with the Association. Marie Lubanski and Terry Frew began work as young housing professionals within days of each other in 1980.

Elderpark Housing has announced the appointment of Mears as its new repairs contractor. The announcement follows a successful tender exercise with the firm earlier this year.
