Aberdeenshire housebuilder Snowdrop Developments has joined the growing list of developers to deliver homes at Scotland’s largest planned new town.
The developer behind Scotland’s largest planned new town has signalled its continued confidence in the North East as it agrees a number of new contracts. The £5 million investment by Elsick Development Company (EDC) will pave the way for the next stage of development at the Chapelton site.
