The latest phase of new homes at Chapelton, Aberdeenshire’s vibrant new town, has been unveiled by Places for People.

Aberdeenshire housebuilder Snowdrop Developments has joined the growing list of developers to deliver homes at Scotland’s largest planned new town.

The developer behind Scotland’s largest planned new town has signalled its continued confidence in the North East as it agrees a number of new contracts. The £5 million investment by Elsick Development Company (EDC) will pave the way for the next stage of development at the Chapelton site.

Residents of Scotland’s largest new town, Chapelton, have marked their arrival by planting more than 500 trees, sowing the seeds of a new woodland five miles from the edge of Aberdeen. Over 40 green-fingered residents of all ages and members of the development team came together on Sunday 26 July
