A housing development in a Fife village has been given the go-ahead after being reduced in size to ease capacity fears within the local school. Fife Council granted planning permission for up to 66 homes to be built at Nydie Mains in Strathkinness.

Progress is being made with Fife Council’s affordable housing development at the site of a former warehouse and petrol station in Dunfermline. The development at Carnock Road started back in July 2015 with some of the properties already being occupied by tenants during March and April this year.
