Connect Modular and Fyne Homes have unveiled proposals for the development of eight new, affordable homes in Rothesay, the Victorian seaside resort and main town on the Isle of Bute.
The ownership of eight flats on the Isle of Bute has been transferred to Fyne Homes Housing Association. Known locally as The Wilkie Houses, the assets at Townhead in Rothesay were previously owned by the James John Wilkie Almhouses Trust.
