A Scottish Government reporter has rejected an appeal for 80 homes to be built on farmland located east of Kingseat.

Fife Council has received plans for a major development in Kinghorn comprising of 140 new homes. Gladman Developments is seeking permission to build the homes at Mid Mire in Kinghorn, which it said could bring 294 new residents to the town.
West Lothian Council has awarded planning permission for a new development of more than 200 homes in Livingston. Bellway Homes Ltd (Scotland East) and Gladman Developments will deliver 179 houses and 32 flats with roads, paths, landscaping and associated works on Gregory Road, Kirkton Campus.

Developers have submitted a planning application for up to 200 new homes in Waterfoot, East Renfrewshire. The proposed development will include affordable housing, local retail, community facilities and associated engineering works.
