Three towns in Clackmannanshire have benefitted from a multi-million pound venture aimed at reducing fuel poverty across Scotland. External wall insulation has been installed in 114 mixed tenure homes, including 48 Clackmannanshire Council, properties in Alva, Coalsnaughton and Tullibody.
