A consortium of eight housing associations operating across Inverclyde, East Renfrewshire and Renfrewshire has appointed an initial 40 local contractors to its new dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for responsive repairs and voids, developed in partnership with PfH Scotland.

McGill has been awarded a contract from Paisley Housing Association to replace kitchens and bathrooms in more than 400 homes across the town. The contract, which is valued at around £1.1 million, was awarded through the i-Flair framework, which McGill was appointed to at the end of 2020.
