Inverdunning

An appeal that sought to secure planning approval for a new retail and housing development in Thornhill has been rejected by the Scottish Government.

A new development of up to 1,200 new homes, a neighbourhood centre and a primary school is being proposed at Hatton Mains in Edinburgh. Urban design consultancy Pegasus has filed a proposal of application notice for the plan on behalf of Inverdunning (Hatton Mains) Ltd and landowner W&S Crawford

The developers behind an application to provide a new retail development and around 70 new homes in Thornhill have submitted an appeal to the Scottish Government.
