Councillors have given their approval for a new student accommodation block in Glasgow city centre following a hearing into the plans.

Student accommodation provider iQSA has submitted plans to build new apartments in Glasgow City Centre. The firm wants to demolish a 1970s office building at 225 Bath Street and build a “carefully considered” accommodation building with around 560 bedrooms.
