Lochay Homes Ltd, the developer behind a Dunfermline housing project, has been informed that it must pay £365,000 to help address school capacity issues.

Kingdom Housing Association has completed the work on 40 new affordable homes for social rent on the outskirts of St Monans, a coastal village in North East Fife.
Lochay Homes has submitted plans to Fife Council to build 59 new homes in Dunfermline on land near Kent Street, located between the northern edge of the city and Townhill. Around 15 units, or 25% of the homes, would be affordable with hopes to deliver the full development within the next four years.
