Loretto Housing Association is investing £54 million in building new homes and improving existing properties across central Scotland. The housing association – which is part of Wheatley Group – has revealed that, over five years, it is spending £46m on building more than 450 new affordable hom

Leader of Glasgow City Council, Frank McAveety, was on hand to open the newly completed Mosspark Boulevard, a 54 home development located in the south side of Glasgow. Mr McAveety visited the project earlier this month and met some of the new residents.

Plans to build 28 homes for mid-market and social rent on behalf of Loretto Housing Association have been submitted to Glasgow City Council. Designed by Page\Park Architects, the homes will be located on the site of a former care home in Springburn.
