Developers Manse (Seafield) LLP and J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) PLC have jointly submitted a planning application for the delivery of a residential development on the site of the former Vauxhall Garage on Seafield Road East in Edinburgh.

Proposals have been put forward by Manse (Seafield) LLP for the delivery of a residential-led mixed-use development on the site of the current Peter Vardy Vauxhall Garage on Seafield Road in Edinburgh.
