South Ayrshire Council has approved plans by Ayrshire Housing for a new housing development in Maybole.

Ayrshire Housing has lodged a planning application for 22 houses at Queen’s Terrace on the edge of Maybole.

Ayrshire Housing has appointed Cruden Building to deliver a £7 million affordable housing development at Troon in Ayrshire. The development is due to start on site next month and will see 52 new affordable homes being built in Troon and contributing to a 600 plus new homes expansion maste
