Councillor Dave Doogan A shared equity home ownership scheme to help people purchase their own home at an affordable price is being launched by Perth & Kinross Council in selected new housing developments.

Plans for the major expansion of Peterhead have been given the go-ahead by Aberdeenshire Council. A proposal to build 225 new homes in Peterhead were first unveiled two years ago by Muir Homes and have finally been given the seal of approval by the local authority.
