Dozens of young people from Glasgow have benefitted from a Skills Day funded by regeneration specialist Urban Union. The company, which is currently delivering the Laurieston Living development in the Gorbals, is committed to supporting young people into careers in the construction industry.
Laurieston Living in Glasgow could soon add more than two dozen new homes to the scope of its ongoing development. Regeneration specialist Urban Union recently submitted a planning application to Glasgow City Council which outlined plans for 28 new units.
A host of famous faces from the Gorbals are to be honoured at a new housing development in the area. A total of 19 well-known names have had a house type named after them at the next phase of Urban Union’s Laurieston Living development.
