New start-up housebuilder Nova Homes has welcomed Charles Church as a consultant land buyer.

Housebuilding veteran Ed Monaghan has teamed up with Clark Contracts managing director Gordon Cunningham to launch a start-up private housebuilder. Nova Homes will initially focus on site acquisitions, with the business currently seeking land before developing high-quality, modern homes.
