Perth-based housebuilder Stephen has won a prestigious award for its role in what will ultimately become Scotland’s largest new town. The family firm was presented with the ‘Private Development of the Year’ (small) Commendation at the Homes for Scotland Awards 2018.
Residents have begun moving in to a new town in the Highlands which will eventually grow into a community of 12,000 people. Being built on farmland near Inverness, developers claim Tornagrain is the first new town to be built in Scotland for more than 50 years.
