International housing expert Professor Paddy Gray and John McCraw, board member of Wheatley Group's newest subsidiary Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership (DGHP), have joined the board of the Wheatley Foundation. The two been appointed directors of Wheatley Foundation.

A major drive is underway to involve young people in Wheatley Group's communities in the arts. Wheatley Foundation, the group’s charitable trust, is looking for artists to run activities ranging from graffiti art to music, dance and drama across central and south Scotland.
Wheatley Group has submitted plans to build 35 homes for mid-market rent on Shawbridge Street in Pollockshaws. If approved by Glasgow City Council, the homes would be built on the site of a former pub which has since been demolished and the existing disused Polloshaws Police Station.
