A former nightclub in Dundee could be turned into student flats under new proposals from Wilson Paul Architects.

A masterplan that aims to deliver homes, café/bar as well as a hotel and allotments to the Blackscroft area of Dundee has now been submitted for planning.

A new masterplan has been unveiled that aims to deliver more than 30 homes, a gastro pub and allotments to the Blackscroft area of Dundee. Blackscroft Property and Brodie Duncan Marketing have teamed up to propose three projects across the £5 million development site.
